M12 Staple Gun - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Staple Gun and all your extra staples. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser. 2 Versions available depending on belt clip side
- If your hook is on the opposite side with the model number, you'll use the 'Left Handed Version'
- If you use the hook on the side with the main Milwaukee logo, you will use the 'Right Handed Version'
- Please leave an order note regarding which storage section you would like so that we are aware of which one to print, either 2 way (2 large sections), 3 way (1 large 2 small sections), 4 way (4 small sections) If no order note is left we will print one of our choice.
M12 Pin Nailer - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 23 Gauge Pin Nailer and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
M12 Install Driver - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Installation Driver and accompanying kit, OPTIONAL organiser tray that sits underneath the main tool insert. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
M12 Install Driver V2 (NEW DESIGN) - This is a custom insert designed to store your M12 Installation Driver in your Milwaukee Packout Compact Organiser. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
NEW AND IMPROVED STORAGE OF THE SWAPPABLE HEADS:
This is Jonah's NEW V2 version of his insert design for the M12 Install Driver. This is a brand new design for this same tool which he has designed from scratch to be even better!

The M12 Install Driver can now fit above the swappable heads.

The swappable heads have a dedicated storage space in the base of the insert under the tool.

Whilst the tool is inserted, it stops the swappable heads from jumping around, even when you use the carry handle.

You can now use the belt hook on both sides.

There is now WAY MORE room for storage. Meaning you can now easily fit the 5.0ah and 6.0ah M12 batteries.

You can also fit the tool with the 2.0ah inserted.
FULLY CUSTOMISABLE TUBS:
The new V2 design has a huge general storage area in the front half of the case. Jonah designed a massive variety of modular tubs you can pick from for storing extra gear and consumables.

There are 18 different tub designs available for you to pick from. You can see more details in the gallery above on photo 3 and 6.

Tubs are divided into 3 different versions, "A," "B," and "C."

A - The deepest of the tubs, extending the full depth/height of the Packout

B & C - The B and C tubs work in unison. They are each half the height of the A tubs, meaning they can be stacked on top of each other, doubling the options for small parts/driver bit storage.

The B and C tubs may look similar, but have important differences. The biggest being how they interact with the tabs seen in photo 7 above.

B - These will actually sit on top of these tabs, in fact you could just use 2 "B" tubs without "c" tubs underneath, and they will still sit exactly flush to the underside of the lid. They also have allowances in their design to allow them to sit flush into the valleys of the clear lid, this stops any gear from jumping over dividers.

C - Has cut outs in the walls to allow it to sleeve down past the tabs that B sits on top of. This way they can sit flat on the bottom of the insert,

You can use A, B & C tubs all in unison. For instance, you could have an A style full depth tub on the left half of the insert. Then on the right, you could use a B & C style tub in union stacked on top of each other. You have full control over your set up! Simply select with tubs you'd like to print and customise your perfect insert!
M12 Drill & Impact Driver - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your Gen 2 M12 Drill and Impact Driver, OPTIONAL organiser tray that sits underneath the main tool insert. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser. This may fit other models of Milwaukee M12 Drill & Impacts but we are unable to confirm.
M12 Multi-Head Drill - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Fuel Multi-head Drill Kit, OPTIONAL organiser tray that sits underneath the main tool insert. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
M12 Soldering iron - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Soldering Iron and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
With this insert you can maximise every single part of the Packout! You have a custom insert for your soldering Iron Skin, which includes holes for extra tips. Then you can simply lift the tray containing the soldering iron out with the handles to reveal even more storage underneath for supplies! And of course, there's the large tubs on the left that you can add even more of your supplies and batteries into.
M12 Riveter - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Rivet Gun and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
M12 Die Grinder 90 - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Die Grinder (90 Degree) and accompanying kit. NOW FITS ALL M12 BATTERY TYPES. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

M12 Fuel Multi-tool - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Multi-tool and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

M12 Dremel - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Dremel/Rotary Tool and accompanying your bits and kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

M12 Detail Sander - This is a custom insert that I have designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Detail Sander and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
M12 Band File / Power File - This is a custom insert designed designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Power File and accompanying kit. The specific M12 Power File that this is designed for is M12 FBFL13. It should also fit the alternate model with the shorter arm, as that appears to utilise the exact same main body. This is model M12 FBFL10
M12 Cut Off Tool - This is a custom insert designed by Jonah Pope Design to store your M12 Cut Off Tool M12FCOT-0 in your Milwaukee Compact Organizer. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
This is Jonah's ultimate storage solution for the M12 Cut Off Tool! He's ensured you can squeeze every single bit of possible extra storage out of your Packout case. The dust shoe has a dedicated storage slot which then has a custom designed tub that slots in on top.
This removable tub allows for EVEN MORE storage! There's also options for 3 different "racks" for extra blade storage in the box. Simply drop them inside the insert and they'll stay in place.
M12 Cable Stapler - This is a custom insert designed by Jonah Pope Design to store your M12 Cable Stapler. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
Specialised Storage for Staples:
To ensure your staples stay put during transit or the use of the carry handle, the insert has a custom designed rail system. The staple storage area under the tool has overhangs designed in which prevent the staples from falling out.
These slots are designed so you can double up your staples. There is a spot closest to the Packout boxes hinge is where you load the staples from. Simply place it in that spot and slide them down along the storage channel.
Insert Use and Fit Note:
The M12 Cable Stapler is a uniquely 'long' tool thus can present a snug fit when placed into the compact organiser. The main culprit for this tighter fit is the rubber padding present at the base of the tool next to the battery slot. This design incorporates a reliable way to allow for storing the Cable Stapler in the compact organiser.
Follow the written breakdown below. It's an easy solution though:

Make sure the belt hook will be facing down into the insert

Insert the tool by placing the battery slot in first so it's resting in the bottom of the insert.

Lower the head of the tool down while keeping the battery end seated.

The tool is successfully stored! Simply do the reverse to take the tool out.
Some folks have shaved a couple millimetres off the rubber grip situated next to the battery slot to allow for a much simpler fit before now. This insert allows you to store the tool without doing that.
M12 Brushless Dremel
The specific M12 Rotary Tool (Brushless) that this is designed for is model M12BLORT-0. This is the most recent model released in 2023/2024.

Multi Layered Storage - Zero wasted space, Jonah designed an entire custom storage area under the Standard sockets. The Standard Sockets all sit in a custom tray that you can lift out to access the space below. This huge storage space is perfect for your extensions and other extra kit and runs the full length of the Packout!

Rubber Boot Support - Two dedicated options to pick from:

Standard - Custom sized for those not using the protective boot.

Rubber Boot - Custom designed with a larger opening to accommodate the use of the rubber boot. This print is physically labelled with "Boot" inside the insert. You can store the tool without the boot in this insert as well, it may just move around a little as it has extra space meant for the boot.

Secure Sockets - Designed so the sockets sit right near the underside of the lid. You could flip the box upside down and the sockets will remain in their slots!

Labels - Comprehensive labels are included for your sockets. Labels indicating size are in the bottom of every socket slot AND included on top.

Battery Compatibility - Designed to accommodate as many battery configurations as possible. I've included a photo at the bottom of the page here, but in summary it will support the following: Standard 2.0Ah, High Output 2.5Ah, Standard 4.0Ah, High Output 5.0Ah or no battery.

Belt Hook - You can store your tool with the belt hook installed on either side, I've designed the insert to accommodate both in the single design.

Tray Lifting Handles - Jonah incorporated two options to help with lifting out the tray that holds the Standard Sockets.

Access Holes - Finger holes are included under the 19mm and 3/4" sockets. Simply lift out one or both of those and you'll be able to use your finger to lift the tray out.

Side Handle - If you have your tool out of the insert, there is a recessed area near where the belt hook would usually be. This gives an easy grip to lift it up and out.

M18 Impact Driver - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M18 Impact Driver (Gen 3) M18FID2-0 and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

M18 Drill - This is a custom insert that I have designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M18 Drill (Gen 3) M18FPD2-0 and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.

M18 Heat Gun - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M18 Heat Gun and accompanying kit. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser. It is also designed it so you can pick between having M18 battery storage or another storage tub.

Router Bits - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to better store your router bits! It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser.
Battery Box Version A - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to store your M12 Batteries easily and safely. It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser. Please note, this version of my M12 Battery Rack ONLY fits the 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 M12 Batteries.
Hole Saw Box - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to better store your hole saw set! It specifically fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Compact Organiser. The insert was specifically design to fit a Lenox 26 piece set. I am unsure how it would suit other brands or set so I am unable to confirm if this will work outside of this specific set.
Bit Trays - This is a custom insert designed to fit your Milwaukee Packout to better store your driver bits! Milwaukee PACKOUT Low-Profile Compact Organiser. The design consists of the main tray insert and then additional inserts that slot in place that hold the smaller length driver bits. You can use one, both or none of these extra trays, it's all up to how you want to structure your kit.
