Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.
We will offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.
Superior organiser solutions will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to have a reason.
You must ensure that returned products are sent back in a resalable condition. The cost of returning the products back to Superior organiser solutions is your responsibility, unless the product delivered is not the item that was ordered, faulty or damaged. Any items that are customised e.g name / company logo etc can not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Rather than using your rights under the distant selling regulations, you may prefer to return your products using our standard returns service.

Please ensure that you return the products within 14 days of cancellation of the contract. To cancel your order, please provide written notice or contact our customer service team following the instructions on the returns policy. We will process refunds when we have received the returned product. Refunds will usually take 7 working days to clear.
We offer free shipping on all UK orders totalling over £60 (after discount) for UK orders between £25-£60 shipping is £8 and orders up to £25 is £6.
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, if the website does not allow you to purchase please contact ourselves.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
