M12 Drill & Impact Gen 3 -
This is a custom insert designed by Jonah Pope Design to store your Gen 3 M12 Drill & Impact driver in your Milwaukee Packout drawers. It specifically fits the Milwaukee 2 & 3 Drawer units (48-22-8443 & 48-22-8442).

It has a massive storage tub area at the front for extra batteries or gear AND has extra storage under the tools themselves for drill bots or driver bits. The specific M12 Drill and Impact models that this is designed for is model 3404-20 & 3453-20, links are provided here:

This is the ultimate modular storage solution for your Packout Drawers! Files are provided for having your insert on either the left or right side.

BELT HOOK AND DRIVER BIT HOLDERS:
The inserts are designed so you can have the belt hook and bit holder on either side of the tool. Pictures are included in the gallery above showing the clearances on drawer closing. The insert pictured is for the left side of the drawer but options are included  for the right side as well which are mirrored.

Impact driver note: If you have the bit holder attached such that is facing downwards in the insert, you may have to pop out the stored driver bit prior to placing the tool in.

Milwaukee drawers have 2 large ridges running along the bottom so if you have a driver bit hanging out of the holder, this raised ridge may inhibit the tool being placed into the insert. The tool will fit without issue with the holder still attached if you just pop the driver bit out. There is ample space under the tool for bit storage which will allow for bit storage. If you wish to avoid this, print the files for the design on the opposite side of the drawers so the driver bit holder faces up. The easiest way to remember this is as follows:

  • Driver bit holder on left side of the tool = print files for the "left" half so it faces up

  • Driver bit holder on right side of the tool = print files for the "right" half so it faces up

M18 Brad Nailer - This is a custom insert designed by Jonah Pope Design to store your M18 FUEL 18 Gauge Brad Nailer in the Packout Drawers

This is the ultimate modular storage solution for your Packout Drawers! Jonah has designed options for 60 different removable organiser tubs that you can insert to organise your brad nails and other kit!

Super Flexible Design: Jonah has taken great care to ensure that you can store your Brad Nailer in both the 2 drawer AND 3 drawer Packout units! If you are using the belt hook, you will need to use the 2 Drawer Packout.

If you don't use the belt hook, the Brad Nailer & insert will fit in the 2 and 3 Drawer Packout. You just can't fit the nailer with the belt hook in the 3 drawer, the hook just sits way too high for the drawer to close.

If you do use the belt hook, options are included to accommodate either side of the tool that the hook is mounted to.

3 DRAWER PACKOUT NOTE: The Brad Nailer Insert will only fit the 3 Drawer Packout if you have the belt hook on the left side of the tool (Right Handed). The Left Handed inserts won't be able to fit, This is due to the nailer/tool being asymmetrical. The nailer fits perfectly with the Right Handed version as the protruding section sits down in the valley between the ridges present in the bottom of the drawers. When using the Left Handed insert in the 3 drawer Packout, this protruding part of the tool now is facing upwards and will prevent the drawer closing as it is a shallower drawer.

This shouldn't be an issue though, if you don't use a belt hook, then you would be ordering the Right Handed version.

Tubs: As mentioned above, I have 60 different organiser tub options for you to pick from! There's 5 different "types" of tubs. Each of these consist of a front half and back half design to fit around the nailer (tubs can seen on the left of the insert in the photos).

Each of these tubs then has 6 different options for how you'd like them divided up for sorting all your kit! Photos are included in the listing gallery showing a visual breakdown of the different options but, I'll summarise here as well.

  • 2 Drawer Compatible Tubs - 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5

  • 3 Drawer Compatible Tubs - 1, 2 & 3

I've also included tubs that sit on elevated ledges, meaning for the tubs that have two layers, you could just use the topmost layer and keep the bottom of the insert free for longer items.

  • Elevated Tubs - 2 & 4

  • Tubs that sit flush to the bottom of the insert - 1, 3 & 5
