This mod mounts the HPA regulator directly onto the grip and creates an ultra-compact setup, eliminating the need for an external HPA.
Materials use listed below;
- FDM printed in Black PA6-CF (Carbon Fibre reinforced Nylon). This is the most cost effective option available but there is some small imperfections in the on some of the surfaces where support has been used during printing.
- MJF Polished & Dyed black finish Nylon 12. This offers the closest you can get to an injection moulded finish giving the best dimensional accuracy.
Strength and durability were the most important aspects of this project. To achieve this, the tank grip was designed to mount and screw into the AAP grip to create a strong connection and relieve stress on the magazine catch.
Currently, it is compatible with the Gen2 micro type of regulator, which is widely available under different brands or even on Aliexpress.
