Each set comes with a bottom and a top bin, they're designed off the Milwaukee shockwave style bit rails and will take standard sized Milwaukee shockwave bit holders, OMT blade holders, jigsaw blade holders, etc. (sold here). These bit bins were made to fit the ToughSystem 2.0 Half Size Organizer either on the left, centre or right.
